Welcome to Camp Bubs

Led by me, Brandy and my fiance Tyler.  

Tyler: Tyler is a computer wizard who works from home doing VFX for the entertainment industry. All dogs love Tyler, but the small toy dogs all tend to love cuddling up to him; he is the toy dog whisperer! Tyler grew up with a chocolate lab and had a chihuahua/wiener dog for many years. 

Brandy: I’ve been in pet care for over ten years and I’ve worked for two major pet care companies in LA. I grew up with dogs of all sizes as well as pocket pets like Guinea pigs and chinchillas.  I was a charter school elementary teacher for years, so I think of pet care like running a school- rules, order, routine, fun and love! I will take care of your pets and them like they’re my own.  

Bubs: We have a small rescue dog named Bubs who was found on the streets of Inglewood six years ago. He is compact yet sassy and is a mix of all the small breeds like chihuahua, poodle, Peruvian Inca Orchid, Pomeranian and many more. He has a pink Mohawk, loves humans, loves other dogs and adores attention!  

We also have a guinea pig named Shelly. She is kept in a secure habitat so that the dogs visiting may see her but nothing else. She is a source of fascination for all the dogs that visit Camp Bubs. We think she thinks that she is a dog since she hates other guinea pigs but loves all the dogs that stop by her habitat to say hello! 

We live in Mar Vista in a very chill quiet neighborhood off Washington Place.  There are no children or cats living in our home.
